By purchasing through Hiwin Digital, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original retail packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (Marketplace specific rules may apply).
  • All original tags, user manuals, and accessories must be intact.
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" (e.g., hygiene products, personalized items) cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

2 Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the product if it is defective.
3 Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide shipping instructions within 48 hours.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, the refund is initiated immediately.

Refund Timeline: It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank/Wallet).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Hiwin Digital will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: In cases of "No longer needed," the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
